How to use a spinning bike properly ?

How should the spinning bike ride, if riding wrong, not only tired , but also may hurt the body, today to share the correct riding method:

Riding is about rhythm.  When warming up, slow pace with light resistance;  After acceleration, step up and down to the music,standing and sitting together.  To simulate a climb, increase resistance and lean forward slightly, as if you were actually climbinga hill.Also, keep your stomach in and don't collapse at all times.  When you're done, don't just stop, slow down and stretch your leg and hip muscles.
